Warcraft: Orcs & Humans is a real-time strategy game set in the fictional Kingdom of Azeroth. It was produced in 1994 by Blizzard Entertainment and is the first game in the popular Warcraft series. It is considered the second true real-time strategy game, preceded by "Dune II: The Building of a Dynasty" and followed by "Command & Conquer"

Plot
One of the last guardians, the human Mage Medivh comes under the influence of the dead Titan, Sargeras. In order to gain Sargeras' powers and loyalty of the Orcs, Midivh offers the Kingdom of Azeroth to the Orcs in exchange. The Orcs immediately procede to invade Azeroth. At first, they are defeated and Midiv is killed. However, the Orcs manage to kill Azeroth's king and then invade its capital and succeed in driving all the humans north out of Azeroth. This story is immediately picked up and continued in Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness.
