Your duties as a Trusted User
Well, first of all, congratulations on your "promotion." Now, welcome to Hell, population: the staff.
Just kidding.
If you visit your Special Pages, you'll notice a nifty new section down at the bottom titled Restricted Special Pages. Below that, you should see the page Patrol Edits. If you click on that, it will take you to the Staff's Patroller page. From this page, you can see the changes made to pages on the latest revision. From time to time, make sure to check this page and patrol the edits, endorsing those which are good edits and reverting those which either violate the rules or make no sense. This way, we can cut down on some of the vandalism which might occur here at some point (and it gets the staff into the good habit of keeping tabs on the head revision of a particular article). If you notice a revision which has something particularly nasty in it, please leave a note about it on my Desk after reverting it and I will remove that particular revision (since reverting a revision does not delete it from the history of the page).

Trial run as a Staff member during Anonymous Week
This was a unilateral decision of mine, based entirely on the fact that, I'm being lazy for the next week. I'll still check in, but I want to make sure there are plenty of moderators around capable of rolling back/banning spammers - and not just deleting the crap. Then down the week, I'll ask webs if you've done a decent enough job. We'll decide what changes to make depending on his answer, so do me proud.
