The Total Gaming Network is a group of sites owned by MyInternetServices.com, LLC with the goal of enhancing the community around the games that they host.
HistoryTotal Battlefield 2 was founded in December 2004 by GameWizard with the assistance of Spawndemon, Rico, DrunkenPirate, and Sevigon. The site quickly became the largest BF2 community site on the web. A little while after that happened, the site was sold to to MyInternetServices.com, LLC. MyInternetServices.com, or [MyIS], was founded by CTO Tim Cooper ([MyIS]Crrrazzzy), along with the company's CEO Greg Howard ([MyIS]Napoleon). After [MyIS] took control of Total Battlefield 2, many other people from the company entered the network. This includes the networks main admin and designer Brandon Ealick ([MyIS]Spawndemon), developer Stephen Medd (SmEdD), designer Franco Capella, and designer Iain Edminster ([MyIS]Iainzor). In April 2006, the Total Gaming Network began to take shape with the launch of Total Battlefield 2142. After that became a hit, various other Total sites were launched. In November 2007, the sites were merged together into the Total Gaming Network to streamline the forums, but each still resides at its own domain with a portal. Other Forum SectionsThe Total network also has a variety of minor forum sections, such as the Tech Center, where forum users can give and receive help and advice about technical problems with their hardware, and advice on purchases. Other sections include the General Gaming area, and the Off Topic section, which is home to many dedicated veterans of the forums.
