Suggestion

Maybe we should add another link in the Navigation Bar. "Clan Central" - A place for people to look through the sub-categories of clans, organized via-game, game-server (MMORPG's), and Topography/Geography. It'll also give us a perfect spot to put up a huge, "Click here to learn how to add your own clan!" header, which will then lead to the Tutorials.

I'll do that in a bit. In other news, I think that the stuff inside the main box needs to be cut up into subboxes. The question is, what should go IN the subboxes on the front page? I mean, this is the landing pad, so maybe we should have general stuff from all the categories (quick links to featured clans/players/communities with no description on the main page and then if you go to one of the other main pages (eg. the other one in the nav at the top of the main page), the other main page will have a more detailed entry on the featured item with a link to the featured page. Does that make any sense?

Also, don't worry about the Current Events page and the Community Portal. We're definitely going to lose the latter (as that is the Community main page, just with a different title; I'm going to be editing the nav bar soon). As for the current events page, I'm not exactly sure if that needs to stay, at least for now. I was thinking perhaps some Total site news feeds would be appropriate on that page? Definitely some TGL news (which I can get an RSS feed for; now I just need a feed reader extension for the Wiki).

Another thing; the main pages need to lose the TGN box. That definitely needs to be on all the Total site pages, but those boxes will be stuffed enough without a massive link box which takes up a third of the usable area.

Buckling Down

Spent a couple days working on template building. Now I'm going to start doing some research on the TGN related games, for content to put into the Wiki pages. I got the next two days off, so I'm going to dedicate them to getting a proper Infobox: Games Template Started, and getting some real content into these empty pages.
