Location damage multipliers
I may be wrong, but doesn't the M21 also have a 1.5 damage multiplier for the neck, and a 1.1 damage multiplier for the upper torso?
Fixed. Or so I hope.
Numbers in the _mp file stated 1.1 for the Neck and Upper Torso - not 1.5 for the neck and 1.1 for the torso.
If you notice any other irregularities, let me know.
