TV-missile training

The TV missile on the Gunship can be hard to control, and there is little opportunity to practice when you have a Pilot doing combat manoeuvres. This guide explains how you can practice online. Offline will still be difficult due to lag, but you should be able to master the basics this way.

Step 1: Create a local server Game with the Map for Titan on Minsk

Step 2: Spawn on the Titan as support, so you can resupply the missiles.

Step 3: Fly the Gunship to this location (Notice the minimap): From the gunners view it should look like this, getting to the exact spot can be easier if you land on the roof and then inch forward in 3rd person view.

Step 4: Place a ammo box under the Gunship.

Step 5: Begin practising. The available target includes Tanks, Jeeps, APC and a couple of Assets.

From my own experience I would recommend not initially aiming for the target, but somewhere above and to the right. Then slowly curve the missile back. To me that was a lot easier than an endless series of minor corrections.^[1]
