Kit Swapping
- It is common knowledge that you can pick up the kit of a dead player by looking at it and pressing "g".
However that will often leave you with a customized kit that does not fit your own needs.
The trick is to pick up the kit, quickly drop their deployables and pick up your own kit again.
Since all Assault will carry a Med Hub and all Support an Ammo Hub, you should usually be able to get your healing and ammo needs fulfilled without having to give up your own kit.
- Also remember that you can deploy APM, sentries and other stuff from the enemy's kit, they will persist until the kit fades away (about 30 seconds).
- If you need to keep several sets of deployable active, you can continue to swap between the owning kits, thus resetting the timer each time.
Reviving Medics
If a friendly Medic is killed, you can grab his kit and revive him.
The downside is that you have now swapped kits, but if you have good communications you can swap them back by using another kit as a holding place. E.g The ex-medic swaps with a dead player, you swap your kit back in and the ex-medic can now swap his old kit back in
