Guild Wars is an episodic series of massive multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) created by ArenaNet. The series is known for not having to pay monthly subscription fees. There are 3 stand-alone episodes and one expansion pack in the series. The sequel Guild Wars 2 is currently in development.
