Mission Statement

The Fire and Ice Squad was created by two minds that had a vision. The vision was a fleet that didn't have a bureaucracy, nor a control element. We did not want to create a place where people were controlled, but where guided. We want to have a great future in the gaming community, putting as much effort towards fun, and achievement.

Ices_Pe and Para founded FIS Squad to get away from the control element of online gaming, to a more member oriented experience. We want the people of our fleet to have fun, meet new people, and have even more fun doing so.

A small portion of the staff came from another place in which we called home. We plan to accomplish our goal of being successful by having three people that can make fleet wide changes, and monitor the forum activity around the clock at all times. These tasks have been issued to fully capable people, who aid in the enjoyment process and development of FIS.

We are here to stay for a long time, and we will make it a point that no one is forgotten, and no one is left out.

We have a structured ranking system and award system that allows for personal accomplishment and achievement in many areas including the games you play. We are not a clan that requires someone to be excellent at their game, but we look for members that will remain loyal and honest. We will train you if needed in your game and we will help you whenever you want it. We mainly communicate on our forums, but we also use TeamSpeak as well.
