The Administrators

These are the people who run the show. They make the Rules, therefore they are the ones who control the direction of traffic on the EncyClanPedia.

(Please, only contact the people listed here, if you are having problems with the EncyClanPedia staff. You may send messages to them through user talk, only if it's staff-related. But technical problems, or moderation problems must be posted at the Admin Notice Board.)

The EncyClanPedia's Staff

These are the people who enforce the Rules that are set into place.

(Any issues with vandals, language, or general misuse of the EncyClanPedia needs to be reported to these people immediately. Please be concise with your problems, when messaging these people. More importantly, Gibberish will be generally discarded without review. Please remember not to message these people through User Talk. They don't check messages. They only check the Admin Notice Board.)

The most Trusted contributors

These are the people we trust above all other EncyClanPedia posters. This is because they have proven, time and time again that they can be reliable. They are the writers, editors, researchers and pseudo-moderators that help make our lives a little bit easier. As such they warrant special treatment. However, unlike regular posters, they are also on a much shorter leash. Some of their special privaledges will warrant them a demotion, time-out, or even a ban if used improperly. As such, any person given the Trusted Status must indeed, be a very trusted individual indeed.

(You too can earn the Trusted status! However it requires strong dedication to the EncyClanPedia, so be wary that this is not easy to attain. Spamming edits will not earn you this status alone. Instead, it requires the creation and upkeep of the EncyClanPedia's Wiki's, so keep trying and you'll get this prestigious honor eventually!)

How do I earn Trusted Status?

The Trusted Status is a sacred thing. Even more sacred than that of the Staff, because it means that you have earned the respect of the EncyClanPedia's public, as well as it's elite-core. To earn the Trusted Status, you must do the following:

• First you must be nominated from somebody who has been registered on this site for at least two weeks.
• Second your nomination must be seconded from one of the Staff, Administrators or System Operators.
• Third a vote will be held in your name on the EncyClanPedia Forums (Link will be added soon). You must receive at least 50% Yes votes from the popular vote, you'll move on.
• Fourth a vote will be held by the Staff, Admins and Sysops. You must receive at least 75% Yes votes from the staff vote.

(Note: You must have a decent user rating to garner the respect of the staff. You can only gain these ratings by contributing. Sucking up doesn't help.)

• Fifth, you must, with an Admin present to witness it; agree to the Policy:Trusted Members agreement presented to the prospecting future Trusted members.

After these five steps, you will earn the prestigious rank of a Trusted Member of the EncyClanPedia!
