Looking for a clan?

You've come to the right place. The entire premise of the EncyClanPedia is to provide individuals on a quest to find the perfect clan for them a huge diverse listing of clans from all regions, and all games for all consoles, categorized for the sake of those browsing! It's easy to find the perfect clan for you! Just take a moment to think of the Clan-Type that fits your needs the best, and then click the relating link above! Then click on your favorite game to be led to a diverse list of clans all waiting to hear from you!

Every clan that is listed is expected to write up important information describing themselves, as well as their general play-style, to give you all the information necessary to make the right choice for you.

Looking to list your clan?

The most important thing you'll need is dedication. You aren't expected to learn wiki-code, or even HTML for that matter, but you will be expected to write up a very well thought-out couple of paragraphs explaining your clan, and why it deserves the attention of the people who browse this site looking for a clan. We won't list you other-wise. If you need help in that regards, please feel free to leave a note on Dairuka's Board. You may also contact him on X-fire under the user name Dairuka.

Before you get started, please take some time to read up on the following:

• Our article on Help:Clan-Wiki's to get a general idea of their purpose.
• Our tutorial on Clan Types to best decide on what type of Clan you belong to.
• Take a look at a couple of the Clan-Wiki's listed at the bottom of this page to see what Clan-Wiki's typically look like.

After you've come to get a general idea of what a Clan-Wiki is supposed to be, follow these steps:

• Step #1: Type up your clan's name in the search box at the top right hand corner
• Step #2: Click "Create This Page" if nothing shows up. After-all, you haven't added your clan yet.
  • Note: (If your clan already shows up after the search, you just need to apply for Clan-Liaison access.)
    • Important Note: (If thats not your clan that shows up, you must contact Dairuka to request a Disambiguation Page.)
• Step #3: Click Help:Clan_Page and Help:Tutorial to learn how to create your very own Clan Wiki! Then get started!
  • Alternate Step #3: Fill out the required information, and write up a comprehensive couple of paragraphs about your clan. Then contact Dairuka to have him beautiful it for you. We here at the ECP will gladly help people not interested in learning Wiki Code.
    • Important Note: (Do NOT add Category:Clans to your Clan-Wiki until you're finished! This protects the page, and will accidentally lock you out!)
• Step #4: Contact the EncyClanPedia:Admin Notice Board and ask to have your Clan-Wiki protected from Vandalism and for Clan-Liaison Access

Simple. We advertise your clan for you. On a daily basis, we go forum to forum, touting the benefits of our site to people looking for a clan, and often point them to the best made Clan-Wiki's, and the most populated Clan Categories for the sake of helping people find the right clan for them.

Best of all! This is all completely secured! As the creator of your Clan-Wiki, you are originally given sole access to your Clan-Wiki. Only administrators, and up to two people of your choice will be given Clan-Liaison access to your Clan-Wiki. This means no vandalism. No slander. No spiteful comments. Any insulting or degrading comments found in the Discussion section will be removed by a moderator immediately! This is a game politics-free zone!
