The FN P90, is an ambidextrous sub-machine gun, that uses a 50-round box magazine loaded on the top of the weapon, unlike the bottom fed submachine guns present in the game. The weapon is a short recoiling system, which does not use blow back or gas to load the next round. The P90 is considered to be a medium range weapon, that can be brought into CQC (Close Quarters Combat) for any effective damage, as the weapon is considered a Personal Defence Weapon.


Note: In version 1.0 to 1.5 of the game, having the P90 as your starting/primary weapon increases your sprint time from 4 seconds to 7 seconds. Having extreme conditioning with this increases sprint time to 14 seconds. This is commonly considered a bug, not a feature, and is removed in patch 1.6.
